Basic Bon3OID™ Models
Osteoblast Model: Bon3OID™
Use case:
Testing drug efficacy on a mineralized bone model containing osteoblasts and osteocytes. Ideal for anabolic bone-targeting agents. Seeding other cell types on the model is possible.
Bone Remodelling Model: Bon3OID™-OC
Use case:
Testing drug efficacy or bone-toxicity on a mineralised bone model replicating the bone remodelling cycle with osteoblasts, osteoclasts, and osteocytes. Ideal for functional assessment of anabolic and catabolic bone-targeting agents, as well as toxicity-to-bone assessments of any drug. Seeding other cell types on the model is possible.

We can customize our Bon3OID™ models to tailor them specifically to your area of interest in bone disease.
Rare Bone Diseases
We can use cells from patients with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Hypophosphatasia, and other conditions to create Bon3OID™ models with a diseased phenotype.
Cancer
We can seed cancer cells (e. g. breast, prostate, osteosarcoma) onto our basic Bon3OID™ models to recreate a tumor-like bone microenvironment.
